Well,  the wait was worth it !  This is the best value I've seen in a small toy hauler.  Very sturdy and well made.  It has two sofa beds which fold against the side walls.  Lots of room for ATV's or bikes. The cargo area extends forward to the kitchen cabinet.  Its fully self contained,  has air, awning,  gas furnace, water heater, microwave and refrigerator.

 It sleeps 4  and has gas refrigerator and  two burner hot plate.  It includes stabilizing jacks,  patio awning, stainless steel sink  spare tire.  Just as in regular Sportsmen's, it has R7 insulation.  

Some Internet prices are misleading.  Our prep and freight is included as well as an RV battery,  sewer hoses, water hoses, electric cord adapter,  toilet chemicals and toilet tissue. The LP tank is filled. There is NO DOC FEE or title fee.  The only extra cost is the state sales tax.
