This small park model has a 115 volt refrigerator, and a house type toliet. It can be converted to a self contained model with holding tanks, etc. This is an all electric home, custom built for the US Governement.  Post's installs vinyl stripes on on 4 sides to make it look like most other brands of travel trailers.

It has a rear queen bed, a front living room with a sofa slide out. The galley has a free standing dinette with 4 chairs, an apartment size Magic Chef range and a house type 2 door refrigerator and an electric water heater. The $6495 price includes a patio awning.

Just ahead of the rear bedroom, there is a large split bathroom with a full size tub, a flush toilet. On the curb side it has drawers, closets and a hand sink.  Post carefully selects from hundreds of trailers and buys the best ones.  We install a plastic topped roof vent with a power fan The interior is cleaned and sanitized to State of Ohio standards. We replace missing or damaged items as needed. Proper ventilation eliminates hot, unventilated areas which cause formalydehyde problems or mildew.

A FEMA trailer is satisfactory if it has substantial improvements. Our basic renovation is included in the price. We guarantee that all appliances and features will work at delivery time.

To make it self contained we can add a fresh water storage system and an RV toilet with code approved black and gray water tanks. We also offer exterior renovations.  We do not renovate models which we have not sold.
