This one just arrived and needs lots of TLC. The base price does not include reconditioning or awning. We have it cleaned and sanitized.  We are currently too busy to completely refurbish it and will sell it as-is for $3795. This is an "all electric" trailer with electric refrigerator, microwave and base board heat. It has a sofa bed, and a free standing dinette table with 2 chairs.

We installed 2 new tires and wheels. It still needs a new electric cook top. This FLEETWOOD park model has a house type toliet. and is intended to be parked at a permanent location. The layout has a front queen bed, a center living room with a large slide out. The slide out has a flip sofa bed and a free standing dinette with 2 chairs. the kitchen has sink,  microwave, and a 120v residential refrigerator;  on the curb side. There is a large bathroom across the back, with a shower, hand bowl,  toilet and closets.

 The interior is cleaned and sanitized to State of Ohio standards. 

 A FEMA trailer is satisfactory, with improvements. Our basic renovation is not  included in the price.   We usually do not sell FEMA trailers as-is. We bought this one for a specific customer who wanted a cheap one to fix up. He chickened out and this one is for sale as-is. Eventually we will rehab it and have everything functional.

This trailer is like a lot of the others you see advertized for $3995 or less. It needs lots of work and is not in the fair to good condition of ones we usually buy.
