This 1995 Dutchmen has a big awning, front kitchen, power jacks and much more! But,  it needs some work.

It needs about $1000 in roof and ceiling repairs in the rear bedroom. Due to brisk summer business we have not had time to get the repairs done and are selling it "as-is".   If you are a handyman,  the repair materials will cost $350 or less,  and lots of carpentry type work. 2 new ceiling or wall panels,  several ceiling 2x3's and pink insulation.   Some roof sealant and repairs to stop the leaks.

We can arrange to do the necessary work for $1500 or less, once the season slows down a little.
